svcbackdoor was patched in 10.0. I wonder if this will break NTRCFW 3.0 for emunand users who attempt to use it on 10.0 emunand. Does NTRCFW use that exploit?

No everything homebrew will still work, but only the basic stuff. No FBI.

FBI is a .cia manager. If you have a version above 9.3.0-XX then you don't need to worry about it.

I just tested this. 10.0.0-27 Emunand in Gateway mode + NTR 3.0 booted using bootNTR 2.4 CIA. Everything works fine.

No it shouldn't. As it says on 3dbrew.org the new version doesn't do much. Only patches a small exploit that doesn't involve homebrew.

Makes sense. I'm assuming the CIA for it means it already given the services it needs to work thus not needing to use that exploit to gain more services. Only the version you boot from an exploit in a manner similar to Gateway would need it. But for CFW users, the CIA takes care of it for them.
