You should be able to transfer the save using save_manager if you can run tubehax or the other hax's. Just backup the Sky3ds then restore to the eshop version. I assume it would be best to already have a save on the eShop to overwrite instead of just trying to create it from scratch.

The homebrew, all credit goes to profi200 on IRC I was just at the right place at the right time to see the release.

How are you supposed to inject save files? My 3DS broke a long while ago and it had my MH4U save on it, and I want to get that and my Alpha Sapphire save off of my old SD and onto my 3ds.
 
@ihaveamac I got save data is corrupted, but it loaded in PkHex. Did you mean I can only export saves?

Also, interesting discovery: VVVVVV has built in support for level editing. Custom levels appear to be in the same format as the PC version. The craziest part: there's even a README.txt file with actual content.

I'll be testing this when I get home.

PD. If it works with Pokemon Shuffle and a Save Editor is developed for it, the Iron/Tubehax is getting patched ASAP. Same thing happened when the Ram edits reached it in < 9.5.0-23.
 
save_manager probably needs a new thread since it isn't TDVS.
It may be related but not the same thing. Different coder too.

If you are using Tubehax, Ironhax, or Ninhax 2.0, put it into the 3ds folder you should have in your sd card.
If you are using something else, you should download SaveDataFiller.
