ROM Hack Decrypt and Encrypting 3DS roms

Hi guys, just wanted to ask is there any way to decrypt and encrypt 3ds roms onto sky3ds with synsad 9.9. All replies will be much appreciated as when i look for tutorials on this topic this is what i feel like

You should return the 3DS and get one on 9.2 or under. Keep the Sky3DS, because if you get a 9.2 or less 3DS, you can do this to play romhacks with Sky3DS (no exef support):

NTR CFW, on 4.x for o3ds's or upto 9.2 for n3DS's....other than that you cannot run hacked games

oh and btw NTR uses romfs redirection to the SD card so you still need to put the stock rom on the sky3ds card and make a plugin for the specific game you want to run mods on (and this can only be romfs modifications not exefs)

Just a quick question- Will there ever be the disk writer's text thing (that goes allows sky3ds to play new games) update that allows rom hacks, or is that impossible for sky???

Pretty sure all O3DS models are 9.2 or lower. If you already have an XL, unless you wanna play on an XL, I'd buy a 2DS or non-XL 3DS. For price reasons, obviously.

You're screwed. But about 99% of any new 3DSXL you buy will be on 9.2 or under, so I don't see the problem. Return it, buy a new one from a shop that's not gamestop and you're good.
Also return that piece of shit Sky3ds and get yourself a gateway instead. Done.

Personally i think sky is better, but thanks. The sky allows online play and is much much more user friendly, so why would you prefer gateway???

legend of zelda a link between worlds
animal crossing new leaf
super mario bros (on emu)
