Homebrew What does this mean?

look, smealum was saying that Iron/Tube/Ninj Hax are compatible with those things, when it comes to "design" terms, but to make it work is another matter, since there is no kernel exploit beyond the 9.2 boundaries, means that those things like FBI cia installer or anything that allows you to play 3DS backups isn't possible to do for the time being, but with an specific source code, and debugging certain things here and there can actually make something like that work, but you will need an ARM9 exploit (Kernel Exploit) as i said before to make all those things run, so, in the short term, he was right, but in the long term, he isn't right at all, as far as i know, i could be wrong though.
