replace the boot.3dsx file at the root of the sdcard with this one:

My friend just tried to install a theme and it froze his 3DS. I even did it myself alongside him and mine worked just fine. He also said that apps are showing up, like they're moving around. What's going on??

EDIT: He can't do anything on his system... He used this theme.

I just messaged him. How would he revert the theme? Just change the theme to regular or one he bought, then turn off and reinsert?

EDIT: I hope the original author of the theme knows that his theme might be corrupted.

K, so CitraAGB, Gameyob and CHMM doesn't work, Red Screen. Only ones I can confirm work are; 3ds_homemenu_extdatatool v1.1.1, ftBRONY, yeti3DS and blargSnes. They most likely will need to be updated, but just so people know the latter apps do in fact work.

All of the homebrew is working for me.

New or Old 3DS?

stupid question but what if I used pasta + Firmlaunch? (which is the only way I got it to work on my SYSNAND)

This is the problem I think ive run into I just noticed Ironfall does not run from my sysnand because of firmlaunch

I put the files needed on the SD card and changed my DNS, and the YouTube app doesn't redrict to the firmware select.

I've even reinstalled YouTube AND reconnected my system to my router, sooo...What gives?

Make sure you have the DNS saved, and you have Auto-Obtain off

Did you extract the homebrew starter kit onto the root of your SD card?
