Couldn't someone modify the code right after patches are applied to restart back to the HB launcher?

Yes, they could! In fact, you could be the first to do that if you have good knowledge of 3DS Homebrew coding! Or, maybe, I myself could give it a try!

Seems like it would be pretty easy. Just wipe out all the code of the first file in the source that it launches except for the ones that apply the patches, and then just add a reboot command. Like one from Quick Reboot.

Is prboom 3ds working? I tried to get it to run and it just crashed immediately. I have a doom wad and the prboom wad in the root of the card, before you suggest that.

Could the original post be updated with links to working .3dsx downloads for the programs?

1- Delete Ninjhax 2.0 from Cubic Ninja
2- Install regionFOUR (on smea's website)
3- Re-launch Cubic Ninja then, in the menu, delete regionFOUR
4- Re-scan Ninjhax 2.0 QR code then install it
5- Launch Ninjhax 2.0, HB Menu will load, and 3DSCraft (and some other apps) will work
