How do I do the terrain of the island in the village?

Actually, it doesn't let you see grass-wear. It lets you see how much and to what extent you have trodden on your grass on that specific ram.

So for example, if I start a new day and extract the ram then the grass wear page will be completely blank, whereas if I extract the ram at the end of my playthrough of the day then there will be a lot of grey boxes scattered all over the town.

To make dirt paths then you'll have to manually draw in the path and then set the boxes to the darkest possible shade. Inject the ram, save, TT to the next day and repeat until the dirt path is visible.

Unfortunately it's impossible as of yet to be able to spawn in such intricate and detailed dirt paths from a single edit.

The amount of stress on the grass is a mild indicator of the potential wear.

You can run the tool everyday, it isn't fun, but that is what I do.

@Jwiz33 I do like the little bits of dirt around the cobblestone and the couple random 'bald' spots the town comes with though, I just hate the deterioration from walking over the same areas. >.< hmm I guess I'll just have to regrow it the old fashioned way with flowers. Does making the gray boxes white on the ram editor toggle grass thing do anything? I tried it the other day but didn't notice a difference in game.

That edits how much people have ran over your town in that area, afaik.

If someone had, say 6.1.0-12U or 6.2.0-12U, and only updated via cartridge (ex: Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition, which comes with 9.5), they would have 9.5.0-12U.

Quick question... How the hell do you make or insert a breakable rock??? All there is in the editor, are the 5 normal rocks that cant be changed in the "Flag" menu. I also try to clone the natural breakable rock that appears in my town by right clicking on it.... but nothing... It copies it, and it appears in my town but its not a breakable one. :/

found an OLD 3DS XL at 6.x
got a 9.2 copy of smash for the update-
I have a hard copy of the game and an SD card with all the files necessary on it- now I find out that 'some system just won't hack'
as far as i can tell because my firmware is 9.2.0-12U and my internet browser version is 1.7552 I'm just SOL.... anyone know a way to change only the browser version?

Any chance you could add detection for exported garden.dat saves? I built a save rehasher that works well with this tool, but it requires some mangling of the save to get it to detect properly. It'd let New 3DS users and others on newer emunand versions use your tool as well. Shouldn't be too hard, just check for the magic bytes at start + 0x80, and write out to that offset on save.

it does the same thin as when I try to run this!!!

If you can run rxtools, then it's not "too low a version".
Just read your posts there. It was a misunderstanding, you can do it without problems.
I assume you have a USA 3ds? In the rxtools tutorial, do the section where you "inject FBI" to sysnand. Once that is done, use 3DNUS to download 0004003000009402 version 4096. Put that on your sd card, boot into rxmode sysnand, launch FBI from the Health&Safety app, then install it to destination Nand.

both FBI and BBM are apps installed on EmuNAND, when in rxmode> ENAND- but i went into big blue menu try to install 'browser for US' it says 'cant launch program'
'import' and it says 'cia invalid'
