Homebrew Progress on 3DS' saves and cheats

Hello Guys,
after I realised that Kingdom Hearts: 3D is a quite hard game I thought that it might don't be a idea when I cheat some exps. I found no real possibility to do that except for Datels PowerSaves but in the view of the fact that I will never need this thing again 20€ are pretty much. Because much information on the internet are conflicting I need your help.

I thougt about decrypting the savegame and edit it with an Hex-Editor. So I dumped the save with the SaveDataFiler but I found out that you can't decrypt a savefile for now, right?

Writing a piece of code which manipulates KH:3Ds characters level, regardless of feasibilty, with using the spider exploit seems to be impossible for me.

I would love if you have some tips for me.

It's a real cartridge! But I'm owning a Gateway anyway so it wouldn't be a problem to convert.

I bought PS only becuz I need pull out private header to use on my sky3ds.....(big waste too)

Well, I'm still not able to use my retail saves on a gateway maybe this tool will help.

PS is useless for backup saves.....
it cannot use as a save transfer tool....
the save that PS backup can only restore to the same cartridge....(also encrypt by PS)

You cant use browser cheats?
Instead if you can have US version of .cia (via gateway) can run NTR cheats for US game:
