Yeah he was following someone else's guide and thought you only needed the spider exploit but it turns out you need 9.2 or below.

Anyway, I'd kill for a hack using the same activation as Regionthree, that way 9.5 users could both run Ironfall and keep the region exploit.

Yeah, I bought the 2ds when it first released because I wanted to be able to play Pokemon X, then me and my brother got the 3dsxl for Christmas last year (although i use it mostly). I kept the 2ds unupdated for injecting pokemon and the XL to trade them. i know its off topic, sorry

Nope

To clear any confusion, the firmware spoof video won't work on 9.5. And you need at least 9.5 to boot ironfall, so that being said, the video is completely irrelevant to everyone.

Got a 3DS for Gunvolt, so I always kept it updated because there was no reason not to. It was only after Regionthree I actually stopped updating, I believe by that point it was already 9.4, and when 9.5 was released, it was still supported for Regionthree.

I really miss not being able to download Nes Remix for free, but having access to foreign carts was a better benefit, hence no more updates since 9.5. Now the new, yet unexposed hack, is putting the balance to test once again...

All it says is download Ironfall as far as I'm concerned he's an employee at whatever company made Ironfall trying to convince us to play it.

Smea posted it on twitter. Hes suppose to release the hack accompanied with this game in the next couple hours. He was giving everyone a chance to download it before it got removed from eshop. So if you were unfortunate enough to have updated to 9.5 or over, I'd get it soon.

OK, I haven't been interested in 3DS homebrew so far but I may aswell.
