Ehh, even that's a bit much for the game. Especially reading how much it can cost in a pawn shop.

But still not all pawn shops have it or all pawn shops don't know about the exploit.

so i just want some clarification. i'm on 9.2 atm. i have pasta and ninjhax installed with a couple of other homebrew apps and some games. if i i update to 9.9 can i install ninjhax 2.0? and will i have to reinstall all of the apps/games?

You can run 2.0 on 9.2, but the answer is yes and no.

thanks, i was under the (faulty) assumption that there'd be a pasta CFW for ninjhax 2.0 but my hopes were dashed. i'l stick with 9.2

Why do you want to upgrade to 9.9? what do you gain that you cant already do?

ironfall doesn't work on 9.2 and IF that leads to ninjhax without having to use CN every time would be useful for me. (i have 1 CN but both me and my brother use it)

You can run RxTools on 9.2 and have a free 9.9 emunand which Ironfall does then work on.

To me it seems you want to upgrade your 3DS for a poorer experience. If you upgrade to 9.9 unless another kernel exploit is discovered eventually you will have to upgrade to a newer systemnand to play newer games, which will patch Ninjhax 2.0. Where as on 9.2 you can update your Emunand and keep homebrew regardless of what Nintendo do in the future.
