It will load in sysNAND without Pasta CFW. I just installed some DSiWare from the eShop and I can boot them without booting Pasta CFW.

Yes, that is what I mean. I used Ygw eShop Spoofer. It will be convenient because it will load without any hacks.

Should I update my n3ds from 9.0 to 9.9 to get the exploit, and then enjoying, or stay and use cubic ninja only?

I have a n3ds on 9.2. I have Pasta CFW where I can access the eshop and download updates/demos. Then exit pasta cfw and still be able to launch them Working CONFIRMED!

I'm mostly intrestead in this to get the ninjhax 2.0 possibilities. Nes emulation in full speed etc.

I did my own benchmarks on the new3ds ninjhax, and it is exactly 3x the speed of old3ds. that's just single threaded hb too. Neat stuff.

I went into Settings > Other Settings > Profile > Region Settings. I changed from what I had to something else, then went back, so when I went into the NNID settings, it gave me the spiel of accepting the terms, I accepted. It then proceeds to "check credentials", and drops me back into the same error. Am I missing a step here? I even tried getting into NNID Settings after changing to something else (before I changed back), and still gave me the error.

I don't think its possible to have a working eshop with the same nnid on both the emunand and sysnand. I have two separate accounts, the real one on my emunand and a fake one on the sysnand. So if you relink your real account to your sysnand it may permantly break your emunand, but I'm not entirely sure. I think it would be safer to have them separate. To answer your question formatting will not lose your purchases but you will need to download them again if they were on your sysnand.
