I'm trying to spoof my 9.2 03DS to get into the eShop, but it's giving me Error Code: 022-2634. I'm thinking it has something to do with me unlinking my emuNAND from my sysNAND, and then formatting my emuNAND. What should I do?

It even gives me this error code when I go into Nintendo Network ID Settings from the Settings section.
