I had 1.1, I uninstalled the 1.1 patch and then just for tying I want to reinstall Ironfall from 0. Well it's stupid, I know

I think the 3DS wireless chip itself is the bottleneck. I'm tethered to a 4G connection yet the 3DS download is only going at about 300kB/s.
