We need some more information:

1. What is the error you're receiving?
2. What method from the forum you provided are you using? (Do you have a gateway card? Do you have Cubic Ninja? Are you using no card at all?)

It happens usually when the system gets disconnect from internet while it is performing the update, are you sure that you haven't turned off the wifi switch by mistake when it was performing the update?

Emunand Information
If you have an update nag on sysnand, follow these short steps to delete the update from your system first, reducing any risk of updating sysnand to be EXTREMELY unlikely. Do not do step 4 obviously, click "no"!

To update your emunand, only do so through the System Settings app.
Do NOT update if it asks you if you're "ready to start system update" or whatever it says whenever you boot your 3ds, OR through the Eshop. It will update your sysnand instead.

How to properly update emunand: Boot into Emunand, and launch System Settings. Make sure it says RX3D in front of the version number to be sure that you are in emunand, and go straight to Other Settings -> System update without exiting the System Settings app.

Some users report their sysnand still being updated following these steps. Unlinking your nands before attempting to update may avoid this. Please read the this post before deciding to unlink nands:http://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-the-emunand-save-data-mega-guide-gbatemp-doesnt-deserve.378491/(Please, please, pleasseee read this!).

Launching rxTools without needing WiFi or Cubic Ninja

These steps will downgrade your System Settings in your sysNand to the 4.x version, which is where we will install the exploit.

All users -
Want to launch rxTools via MSET so that you don't need to connect to the internet? You can either:
1. Downgrade your sysnand's System Settings app(This method will only work on 9.x or 4.x sysnand!)
-grab the rxToolsCakeROP.nds from here and put it on your ds flashcard (if you don't have one don't worry), then launch it from your ds flashcard and let it install the exploit.
-grab the rxtools.dat also from the above MEGA link and replace the one on your 3ds sd card
-From the same MEGA link download, grab the Theme folder and put it in the rxtools folder on your 3ds sd card (create it if it doesn't exist)
If you don't have a DS flashcard: grab the code.bin for rxTools from the "mset" folder
-in the mset folder, open the QR Code that pertains to your sysnand version, and scan it on your 3ds. Wait for a bit (it should crash and send you back to the home menu)
-Now you can launch rxtools by going to System Settings-> Other Settings-> Profile-> Nintendo DS Profile

this is what i did before i'm trying to update my emunand↑
didn't understand it much so i put the rxToolsCakeROP.nds and rxtools.dat and code.bin in the root of my sd

Do you have a NNID in emuNAND? If you do, it might need to be signed into in sysNAND. Even if your NAND's are not linked it can still cause strange issues if your NNID isn't logged into from both sysNAND and emuNAND. Your New sysNAND ID needs to be authenticated to Nintendo servers online which could be causing the update issue. I'm not saying that's the cause, but one possible reason it's failing.

didn't have any Nintendo Network ID yet :(
so i need the NNID to update my emunand?

don't have much money to buy another sd card :(
should i format my emunand again?:/

If you don't have anything on it then yeah I would try to reformat it. If you do have stuff on it you want to keep, you can back it up with EmuTool first, then re-create it. Try updating from a fresh emuNAND and let us know how it goes.

still have an error after i format the emunand :(

2 things you can do :
- Launch rxmode in emunand, put your console in sleep mode and let it download the update by itself.
- Use 3DNUS and BBM or sysupdater to update your emunand.

this thing can dowload 3ds update and convert it to cia?

Yeah, but be careful with this method, you must be 100% sure you are on the emunand before starting the update.

You can use SysUpdater to install them, or you COULD install them all one by one. Most of them are already installed on the system. I went through this yesterday and installed them one by one using Big Blue Menu, restarted emuNAND and the update took perfectly.
