How would I install it though? would I boot up in devmode and then use cn to use cn to use fbi to install sysnand?
Install it like you want, like a normal cia, just launch it only in devmode.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Just for information : 6.X downgraded mset is very stable, I just have my first fail with it today ^^ and I use it since a week around 25/35 launch in a day !

How would I access the cia to install it in devmode though?

With FBI for exemple, do all exactly like if you were on rx-mode sysnand but in devmode.
Okay, I thought by using cn to access fbi it wouldn't work but all I did was boot into devmode and use cn to get susupdater on devmode. Thanks so much! Cheers!

This is normal, before using fbi with cubic ninja, you have to launch a CFW to allow unsigned content to be installed. Like this for exemple :

- launch cubic ninja,
- boot rxtools in devmode,
- launch cubic ninja again,
- launch FBI & install sysUpdater with it,

- boot rxtools in devmode,
- use sysUpdater.

Is so weird that a lot of people is still unaware of the DevMode functionallity LOL, myself included until Apache Thunder posted it earlier.

It should be stated on the guides as well.

Well I knew it was working haha I built it and all, I just always thought that once inside the cfw you can't launch CN since it'd be launching an exploit inside an exploit which freezes the system.

Probably because the name 'DevMode' suggests to users that its not for them. Poor name choice.
'clean mode', 'sig-only mode' or something more descriptive would be in order.

Well then, somebody should change that in the theme description as I posted before LEL.

something like "Celan Mode" for update with sysupdater or launch another hacks haha.

Anyone with a o3ds can launch ninjhax with the rxTools devmode, you just have to install cubic ninja as .cia into your sysnand and launch the devmode before cubic ninja and tada, all ninjhax homebrews available !

You don't need to program anything, just put themetool.sh or themetool.bat and the PNG files in the same folder, open a terminal/command prompt (right click the folder while holding Shift) and run:
Linux/Mac:
Code:
sh themetool.sh makebgr filename.png
Windows:
Code:
themetool.bat makebgr filename.png
You need to install ImageMagick (OS X;Ubuntu;Windows).
I'll write a more user-friendly guide.

Anyway, I converted it for you this once (nice, BTW):
I used the windows code, but it spits out:
C:\Users\Tutorials\Documents\GitHub\rxTools\tools>themetool.bat makebgr adv3.png

rxTools AIO Theme Tool v1.0.2
Must specify a file system
ERROR! ImageMagick, is NOT installed or isn't in the PATH variable!

Rebooting usually fixes it, even if it's already in your PATH.

Why do you have the 32 bit version anyway?
Try the 64 bit version
http://www.imagemagick.org/download/binaries/ImageMagick-6.9.1-8-Q16-x64-dll.exe
Because I followed the no0b guide for rxtools and it linked me to the 32 bit..

I just installed it, but how do I post it in the path?
EDIT: After I installed it, It placed it in the path, but I had to go back and edit the path since it had both the 32-bit and 64-bit in it. So I deleted the 32-bit and it works perfectly. Cheers!

So what exactly can you do with CN that you can't do with rxtools?
