So I have managed to accidentally corrupt a ds flashcart. No big deal right? But whenever I put it in my n3ds it produces a weird frame skip and then music goes off, then after hovering over a different game/app it freezes. If requested I will send footage

@Tlozm same way I did with the clone card. Just much much rarer

@WhoAmI? Well, people are saying that gateway's got one big one left in 'em. Only thing I can think of is this or Majora's mask. Only problem I see with this is that you have to sacrifice a cart

Maybe it's the actual 3DS itself and not the flashcart? Maybe the connectors are bent? Try it in another 3DS/NDS to be 100% sure..... :)

Tried on O3ds and 2ds. Same thing

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Results are slightly different as music still plays on the 2ds

yeah probably something wrong with the flashcard causing a short/power surge making the 3DS crash, i had a old R4 clone card that used to do something similar to the original NDS when inserted the console would immediately cut out, but occasionally it would work, cheapo cards aren't made with the most reliable of parts or build quality

honestly i would suggest you not trying it again in your 3DS as if its causing it to crap out it could potentially cause damage to the 3DS itself, try getting a replacement from wherever you bought it from
