my flashcard is this http://r4igold.cc/wood_main.asp ( works perfectly in 9.8 i checked on the friend's 3ds ) in the emunand for gba/dsi not open

I have no problem with that anyway I can even open in the dsi or sysnand

you can not run a DS flashcart in emunand, but you can on sysnand
no puedes usar tarjetas de DS en EmuNAND, pero puedes usarlas en SYSNAND

Not to be mean or a grammar nazi, but could you please use the spelling check on your computer when writing, it's quite distracting when you write "replaze" instead of "replace". I know that your english isn't very good (from this post and others from yours) but spelling is something that the computer can help you with and it does make it easier to read!

Again it's not a big problem or anything it would just be nice!

Sorry, understandable then, used to everyone just having internet at home.

Yeah. I think that you have the good spirit about it, and I really should start thinking like you for myself too.
Mate, you'll probably not understand but you opened my eyes on something here. Thank you.

Well I did know north koreans aren't allowed internet access, but that also means I wouldn't be talking to them here.
Maybe are north koreans living in another country, please read more:

Wikipedia: North Korea
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Korea

Internet access itself is limited to a handful of elite users and scientists. Instead, North Korea has a walled garden intranet system called Kwangmyong,[324] which is maintained and monitored by the Korea Computer Center.[325] Its content is limited to state media, chat services, message boards,[324] an e-mail service and an estimated 1,000-5,500 websites.[326] Computers employ the Red Star OS, an operating system derived from Linux, with a user shell visually similar to OS X.[326]

Thanks, unfortunately it doesn't work with zelda four swords anniversary edition which is a dsiware game.
