Huh? I don't think you can do that, not right now at least..

Can it?
I don't think it is available now, I was just thinking of Cakes more like a plugin system for future features. But I am not sure it is like that.
If it happens to be like that, I think it would be very useful.

No. Right now you have 3 options for booting:
1) Just sig patches
2) Sig patches + emuNAND
3) Sig patches + emuNAND + fixes for smash and other memory-extended games (reboot).

I want to add options to toggle them independently, though.

It's what I'm trying to do, at least. See the .cake files (patch bundles).

If I may ask:
1- what does sig patches do that normal sysnand doesn't do? The only GBA files I have are the ambassador one, and I have the Zelda 4 swords dsi and they work well

2- similar to the patched rxtools?

3- what does that mean? It won't restart after closing smash? Or will GBA and smash work together (since the patched rxtools gives you one or the other)

Another CFW (Users have a lot of choices now).
Thanks for using the idea I posted once (even if you never seen my suggestion :P) : using plugins to add features/patches, and allow user to enable/disable them individually.

I'm yet to try any CFW.
the only hack I tried so far is Gateway EmuNAND. I don't use my 3DS much.

Ah, something not in your first post:
What EmuNAND's system version are supported? 4.x up to 9.8?

The cake is a lie. Nuthin' to do with mah pasta? Please. What about the sig checks from Cakes? Pasta CFW was basically only signature checks patched out.

1 Allow for piracy
2 No. rxTools also does the reboot patches.
3 The reboot patches are required to start smash. The console actually performs a reboot when starting it, and clears the patched firmware if these patches are not present.

Pasta took the sig patches from a pastebin. I could say I took them from there, not from Pasta. :P

received error cannot decrypt ncch.

Follow the instructions on screen. Make 100% sure you have the correct firmware.bin, and firmkey.bin.
The firmkey.bin is the most difficult part of the setup for this.

I don't know how feasible is this, but could some kind of tool be integrated that automatically dumps your game cart and saves and installs them as CIA in the home menu, directly from the tool?
No PC involved, just your 3DS, game cart, and CFW.
Think of that as an obnoxious suggestion.

Not in the scope of this project right now. I'm dreaming big too, though.

1- So this will allow us to install GBA/DSi (and even CIA?) on sysnand rather than emunand?

2- what I meant was, " sig patch + emunand option" works in the same way as the patched rxtools

3- "sig patch + emunand + smash".. I don't get how is this similar to number 2? Shouldn't smash also work in 2?

(3) needs a special patch to handle the rebooting performed by SSB4 and MH4.
Right now that patch is implemented in one of the versions of rxPasta, but it disables AGB and TWL support.

There are actually two compilations of rxPasta, one specific for (2) with AGB/TWL support, and the other for (3) with SSB4/MH4 support.

1 yes.
2 No.
3 No. Smash doesn't work with the 2nd option. Try for yourself.

1- Cool, I'll be sure to try this later once I get home!
2- So what does it do? Allow for GBA/DSi on emunand but not memory clearing games?
3- So it's similar to the patched rxTools, allows for memory clearing games like smash but not GBA/DSi?
