Can i download the dlc into the game with sky3ds?Or is there the risk to get banned?

No online access for games. From what i've seen bans are currently 2 weeks - 1 month long.

You can still play everything offline.

To extract a private header from my game i have to use gateway (but i have sky3ds) or powersavers(but i don't have it)?Is there another way?

If you're over 9.2 firmware, then no. Those are you only options for a self extracted header.

Aside from that you could buy a header off someone online, but of course there's always the possibility of getting screwed. There have been some people on this forum and others offering this service.

Couldn't give you a direct link as I haven't saved any of those threads.

I recall one or more being on a certain 3ds iso site (<_< .. >_> ) which can't be linked, so you'd have to google.

Pretty sure i've seen at least one person offer a service here, usually if someone goes with this option, they want to buy from someone with a high post count; thinking that person would be more reliable / legit than someone with a lower post count.

If buying a header is the route you want to take, i'd just look around a bit. Shouldn't be too hard to find someone, just know that you're taking a chance / trusting the person you'll buy from will only sell that header to you.
