Hardware Help repairing GH Controller

Hi folks. Last day I tried to play GH (XBOX 360 version - Wireless ) but i wasn't able because the sync button was not properly working, like it didn't return to its original position. I have opened it and took some pictures of its state. Any tip to fix it? It looks like there is some piece missing, like a spring or something, because if i simulate the pressing, it doesn't actually move as i assumed it is supposed to.

Switch is broken.
You could plonk in a new one by desoldering the old one.
Or try n fix it with a dab of hotglue/superglue.

Whoah thanks for that prompt answer! I have been searching for that component and found this in rs-store. This one is very similar. Do you think that it is going to work ? I am not much of an engineer haha

Check the underside of the switch, if it's 4 pronged then it'll work yep.
