I can't really understand what you're saying, can you please rephrase that? I may be able to help at least a bit.

Are you sure it's the traces of those IOS versions? I'm looking up the error a bit further, and you might need to unplug any external harddrives when you try to install.

I do, but I'm at school right now, and the microphone I use with Skype is kinda crappy.

You should've told them that you didn't modify anything, and then see what they'd say.

they said we cant update your wii u i didnt tell then that until 1 minute before i hung up
I see. I'll go and look up how to remove any traces of a modified IOS on your vWii. After you do remove all traces of a modified IOS, I suggest removing the homebrew channel and any other .WADs you installed that are not official.

You might have to reset vWii to factory settings/wipe it. Is there any way to do that without wiping your Wii U?

You need to post a syscheck so we can see if your IOS is conflicting with the Wii U update process. To stay safe, don't modify or delete anything until you post it and we look at it.

I'm pretty sure said syscheck crashes.

sys check crashes and formating wiiu doesnt reset vwii i asked
I mean reset vWii on it's own, not your Wii U.

Did you try the latest version of SysCheck HDE from JoostinOnline's signature? You need to have the latest one or it crashes.
Also, you didn't happen to back up the clean versions of those two IOS's, did you?

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: Also nice. Never really watched Fallout on Prime, but sounds like a good show. +1
