Hacking Wii U Wiiflow Masterpiece Mod problems.

I really need some help with Wiiflow Masterpiece Mod on the Wii U.
My problem is, I have two USB's, one is formatted for the WiiU games, the other is for Wii and gamecube games. Problem is, whenever I try to play with the WiiU Usb in the top slot, the wiigc usb on the bottom slot, my gamecube games work fine, but my wii games just go black, and back to the menu. But when I try to play with the WiiUSB on bottom, and Wiigc usb on top, then my wii games play fine, but my gc games crash.
I did find out both play fine, if I set the CIOS to 251, but then the problem is, I get this annoying static sound when I play certain games.
I just want to know if there is a trick I a missing, so I can have both my usb's in my wii u, and play my games with out a problem.
