Yes in theory it should be doable. As the CFW is basically a modified emuNAND which removes the checks. However who does it first also gets nuked from orbit the first as well.

emuNAND isn't modified to remove signature checks... The loader itself, removes them...

Why would the big N deal them out now? I dunno.
It's not really in their best interest. They'll just patch it and do everything possible to get people to upgrade, is all.

The entire 3DS scene (apart from the two main flashcard companies) is against piracy/ROM loading/dev menu installation/CIA installation.

Unless a knight in shining armor comes along, with enough skill in social engineering such as that of GovanifY, there will never, ever be a free solution for the N3DS.

You'll just have to open up your wallet and shell out for a piracy device. Or actually buy games. Which i know is a very difficult concept for 90% of GBAtemp to grasp.
