hey just wanted to say thanks, i've been using the cia version of this program for a few weeks now after following this thread it's great you made the ninjhax version easy to use.

Just pushed a new download with an improved progress screen. Hopefully, the percentage issues have been fixed as well.

The 2nd to last test build you linked worked for the percentages for a 800MB file. Two issues I have found:
For MH4U, it shows the total percentage as out of 17592186042919.98MB, which is obviously incorrect, which also cause the percentage bar to not progress.
Second issue, though very minor: When there is a long name that requires scrolling and you install the cia, while it is installing, it tries to scroll but gets stuck, so the text is moving back and forth.

First issue should be fixed now, uploaded a new release, and the second one is not due to it trying to scroll but due to double buffering of the screen. It's switching back and forth between the first buffer with it scrolled a bit back and the second one with it scrolled further. Might fix it eventually, but it's pretty minor.

omg! this just works well! installed legit cia with ninjhax! thank you

i used the trick where you create empty "title.db" and "import.db" files in "/Nintendo 3DS/<id0>/<id1>/dbs/" on your SD card, open SD app management in System Settings, and let it repair the files.

but after that, removed microsd, resetted console, and the installed CIa is gone from home menu! solutions? N3DS 9.0E

I installed it for the first time with this newest build. I hadn't run any sort of service patch or anything, so the auto patching is definitely working perfectly. Now I've got Mario Kart on my 2DS as well! Thanks so much for this awesome installer. It just works and that's really awesome.

Hello there!
This project if so fckn AWESOME!
Thank you for your great work!
Is it possible to install updates, too ?
I installed Mario Kart as a legit cia and it worked, but i can't install the update for this game :/
Am I doing something wrong?

Works perfectly, installed the 3D visual experience video to my old 3DS and deleted the health and safety app :D
Thanks a bunch !

Though I am scared now... I won't have any problems for deleting the health and safety app, right ? There is nothing that would refuse to work because iI don't have it (like an update or something) ?

Great work thanks you very much !

And so... I can install my legit Mario Kart cia (dumped with funckyCIA from my old3ds) to my SysNand new3DS (9.0) ?

Yes, if it was pre-installed on your old 3DS and not bought in the eShop it will work just fine.

Downloaded and compiled the newest version, working great on my n3DS. This made me very happy, finally I get some use out of the Cubic Ninja I bought some time ago.

afaik both the legit cia's of MK7 have the 1.1 update pre-installed so there shouldn't be any update to install to play online

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when installing a cia to my N3DS (no gateway, just cubic ninja) it installs it to the NAND and not the 16GB micro SD I have. Is there a way to install it to the SD? (SD mode only installs it to emunand iirc, because it says I dont have a directory set up or something)

nevermind, I set up the SD card by putting a dbs folder in and a blank title.db file in that, so the N3DS could reset that. It's installing properly now

Koo so I used CN and installed NSMB 2 : Gold Edition.....came up as present on my Home Screen when I rebooted :nds:

Is there any way of moving the .cias to emuNAND?

Using 4.5 sysnand/9.6 emuNAND via RXTools ;)

if you dont mind wiping your emunand, install all your cias to sysnand, and recreate emunand. then you should just be able to redownload them from the eshop after updating emunand. (I dont think ninjhax works in rxMode, if it does, just install them while in emunand)
