Well, the gb into gbc: it would work, but gbc VCs use different offsets for the rom.

As for the white screen, make sure rom.nes is less than the size of the VCs rom.

Having a bit of trouble with this. I followed the steps you provided and all the files are on the root of my SD card, but when I reset my VC game (Legend of Zelda Links Awakening DX) it still plays Link's Awakening. I followed KazoWAR's video using Pokemon Yellow as well but it still didn't work

But for real tho, even if I can't get it working, this is crazy cool, keep up the good work

Try injecting into a non-color game. Still haven't gotten GBC working.

First off, I'm so glad I suggested this! I was thinking it was possible, but was unsure if it would be.

Secondly, I have two problems. One being that I'm on 8.1 FW, which I could easily change the offsets of your code for, and the other being that I have no virtual console games from the eShop. Is there any way to get this work without one?

I have try to launch pokemon red, pokemon green and pokemon yellow with your code.bin, on link awakeningDX and super mario land 2.

Hmm. I don't think there's any way to do this without an eshop vc game... UNLESS your willing to update and get one. This DOES work on 9.4, but other exploits might not. Ultimately, it's up to you.

Err, this is a tough one. Yifan stated his exploit will use rohax in one of his stages, so updating would not allow me to launch boot.3dsx. Then again, I mostly enjoy homebrew for retro games. If only I could use spidertools to back-up my sysNAND, update, try, and go back. Or even just open eShop with a lower firmware to get a VC game. I'm in another pickle being 8.1.

If your console is HardModded, try this : backup your 8.1 sysnand, Update to 9.4, install VC, and restore 8.1
