Once again, unlikely to happen. This just uses what isn't patched to call existing system functions, doesn't help at all to get ARM11 or ARM9 kernel.

If they really wanted to enable their cart on 9.4 they could just push another change to their FPGA which made it a sky3DS clone. This probably won't get them anywhere.
