Hacking Is going back and forth between 9.2 and 4.5 possible?

As the title says, i want to know if i can do a backup of my 9.2 sysnand,downgrade to 4.5, and then, when feel the need to go back to 9.2 (lets says i bought a n3ds or something and i want to transfer my eShop stuff), will i be able to?

I already did a thread like this some days ago when the update came out, but the answers were a bit confusing, as the update was new, so i hope i can finally get some consistent answers now.

Look at the emunand Sticky. Make a 9.4 emuNAND on your 4.5 system, and system transfer over when you get your system.

Are you sure that it is 100% possible?
I really hope so, but i remember seeing some threads with people trying that and getting an error or something.
