OK so here's the deal. I have a Wii and PS2 both with component video cables. My TV only has one component input. I have a separate splitter for the video cables and basic RCA Y-adapters for the audio cables. My PS2 has perfect video/audio. The Wii however, has perfect video but has extremely low sound. I already have other Y-adapters coming in the mail. Other then that any ideas?
HDMI inputs are also full. I realized the PS2 needed to be completely powered off. That Wii2HDMI is good to know about though!

....in fact due to the colour range on hdmi you might get a teeny bit better picture on, but it's negligible.OP: hdmi splitters are pretty good these days (and cheap) if you haven't invested in one, I've got a couple of auto switching ones and they work a treat (99.9% of the time, that 0.1% cock up is easily sorted with a button press)

I most likely will have to invest in a HDMI splitter when I get a WiiU
. At that point I will switch the Wii to HDMI also, making for five HDMI devices. For now making sure the console not in use is completely powered down, not just in standby, is the fix. I just spent an afternoon cleaning up my install so I'm in no hurry to redo it Similar threads
