I have a 4.5 3ds and I was wondering if CFW can run Pokemon OR or AS.

Edit: Can it use SaveDataFiler to extract the save from a retail card?

CFW can't run ORAS, they need a newer firmware.

You could use the gateway loader to backup your pokemon card, I think I heard there is a way of extracting the save on your computer after that.

There is, but the save is corrupted.
