Hacking Help converting into .cia

When you have to copy the slot0x25key, launcher.dat, and Msetforboss files, I already have the Gateway launcher.dat in my SD card, what do I do?

unless your on 4.x you cant use the rom decryption tools

So I can't play cia games using 9.2? Or is there another method?

get the cia files online instead of converting them yourself

Can you install cia files of any region or just the system region?

The place I'm looking, the cia games are in a bunch of parts in rar. Do I just put them all in one folder and put them in my SD?

Gateway supports region free.

extract all rars until you get a single .cia file. or try to find a better place
