He's made a few more pastes since then; was anyone able to find out who he is, get in contact with him?it's weird, a bunch of pastes about the 3DS. Including keys.

This CFW is closed source and not being publicly updated, so you'd have to be exceptionally optimistic to think there's any chance.
That zip is a partial attempt by st4rk to reverse engineer the leaked CFW, but he didn't get very far with it. It's not any use by itself.the file on the site govanify is not the basis of the CFW hxxp://govanify.com/_files/St4rkDev-scfw-4f15c0947073.zip ? Whole another story is someone really wants to make a stable CFW and remove the card from the market ?
ps : sorry for my english

I strongly disagree. This CFW is closed source and not being publicly updated, so you'd have to be exceptionally optimistic to think there's any chance.
I strongly disagree.
The primary reason these developers are keeping their work to themselves is that they don't want to be responsible for bringing widespread piracy to the 3DS.
Gateway is about to alleviate them of that burden, and make a shit load of cash in the process.
The opportunity to undercut Gateway by providing a free alternative to their emuNAND solution provides a strong incentive for the half dozen or so people with the skills and the exploits to do so.
I think we'll see evidence of people working on such alternatives within days of the release of Gateway's much anticipated update. Further more, I predict we'll have a fully functioning free cfw/emuNAND within a month.
I strongly disagree.

hahahaha plz guy do not make me laugh

The irony here is that he was mostly right. Gateway will release a free downgrade solution, and this CFW will work for everyone, even if you don't have a gateway.
will gw team shoot themselves in the foot !? Doubt it
From what I tested, it depends. For example any game in the 4.5 and under range should play with no issue but anything above that most likely wont work. Then there odd cases like "Gyakuten_Saiban_123_Naruhodou_Selection" a 6.2 game which plays fine.Same here can newer games played anyhow
If you want to check if some of your favorite games run under 4.5 then go here http://3ds.essh.co/Same here can newer games played anyhow
