I do a lot of moderating from my phone over my mobile data connection. Every different huge image it needs to load increases load time and data consumption on a limited data plan. Keep that in mind too. Not everyone has unlimited data connections.

here's a version which is small enough to not get removed, I had to do some colour removing and some dithering, so it kind of looks old-timey, but it's under 80kb now ;D

*edit: it appears somebody did a better job without losing out on anything haha, oh well....

Lol. Well I did my own optimization. It involved removing frames and color dithering down to 6 colors. It's the best ya'll gonna get. So take it or leave it:

309x104 resolution and is around 33KB. The timing is different. But it's either that or I remove the second number flip. Take it or leave it. Remember this counts towards the combined 80KB.
