Nothing much. The only one I know of is the one which mentions that the upcoming update will be a big one, and that they're uploading loads of files.

if they would have told the truth, they would not have had the crazy amount of sales they obviously had over the holidays. Lie or exaggeration, defending them isn't helping us. It's encouraging them to do it again and again.

Spreading hate about them doesn't help either. Here's a hypothetical situation. Let's say gateway decided not to announce the update or details about it at all until launch. Can you imagine all they hate they would have received for not warning us about staying at 9.2 or lower? Or all those people who imported a new 3ds in anticipation for the update? I think their decision was the right one..

'loads of files' includes the new payload which would be downloaded, on top of probability of a new launcher and other files.

Also, if it's anything like ninjhax, there'll be multiple variations of the payload for specific versions
