Do you know an easy way to know if a 3ds is under 4.5 in store just by looking the package ??

No, it's not possible. You won't find 3DSs in store still on 4.5 anyway. If you live in the EU you can return anything within 14 days as long as its in good condition even if its opened. You could try opening and returning until you get 9.2 or below. It's a bit unethical though.

Yeah but used consoles are uncommon generally (people sell them on eBay). You could still give it a go although with used consoles their 14 day return policy might not apply.

There is always various factors, look at Sony they just announced due to 'various factors' they delayed their launch of PS4 in China.

But don't worry GW is working non-stop around the clock to get this update out the door and to be perfect, they been so busy at it, they not even replying to emails or other crazyness and alll efforts are focused on this big update, and when you finally see it you be amazed alot of shit has gone into this update, more then any other one in the past, more testing, more firmwares, more features, and there is alot more info then just a file to upload, with the QR codes and guides and pictures, this update is bigger move forward then the multi-rom update was.

I put up the picture, only because of all these silly countdown timers.

Launch is still coming, might be hour or so or more, but its been worked on every minute for the last day, tons of polishing, finishing of guides, manuals, new logos and other artwork.

Once the bad weather clears up, the rockets will be fired and launch will happen.

I will update everyone once I have more info on current weather patterns in the launch area.
