I have MH3 instaled on my SD... I have around 1.6gb free space at the moment.
Would be any problem with that?

Is the space OK? Will my game remain when I install the exploit?

he is the admin of their official forum and he has "connections"

Maxconsole is an official forum, the Admin is close with them.
With that said, since Gateway themselves aren't a reliable source for release windows, I wouldn't believe anyone close to them, either, 2hack's prediction had just as much weight to it.

Apparently I now have 2 Gateway 3DS's, the replacement arrived on the 31st as first package went missing about a month ago. Well that missing package just arrived in the post LOL....

back it up to your computer first(including nand if you can) and you don't need to have the worries.

Playmods.co.uk, they did have tracking but there was a technical error. Tracking info said "expired" throughout dispatch.
