Lol great, wasted 30 bucks by importing the Aussie N3DS then... well, it had a few weeks time to collect dust thanks to Gateway so there's that. :x

Two options.
You can trim them with NDSTokyoTrim (not sure if it's 100% accurate for all games), or split them with Gateway's ROM splitter. Though you can't split online-enabled .3dz games.

Or yeah, you could format to exFAT like you did, but the card won't be readable on some older devices and operating systems.

I assume the gateway site will crash as soon as the update gets released lol
