holy shit, if your complaining about it not being released they never had a 100% confirmed date. you should have expected it to take awhile to come out, its your fault for impulse buying a gateway because you heard that itll be out soon

EULA does not have any legal standing whatsoever outside of the USA.

Any terms of an EULA which are broken in Europe for example can be overturned in a court of law as it has no legal weight. It's bullshit, basically. More of a terms and conditions than anything else.

are you retarded? there is a eula for every nation the 3ds is sold in, like with every device.

i bet it´s gonna happen wednesday.. it´s not weeks but a few days and that´s ok for me

if they have not released it until then, then i .. dont know ^^ sucks, but it´s done when it´s done... patience - everything will be fiiiiine

though the "MOST LIKELY" part before 2015 is nothing what put me at ease :/

the EULA is not a law, and technically its the "end user" breaking it themselves......if going against EULA's was illegal, the much more well know hackers who release stuff like iphone jailbreaks would of been charged with breaking a EULA

Asked GW team for have the 2,7 update when the site was backrolled. They asked to seomething else, just in the last phrase.

Well, look at the bright side, we're reaching 550 pages. -_-;
Whether or not that's supposed to the bright side, er.......yeah.

Just........don't give up hope yet, ya?

All the functionality was already there in the video - why is this taking so long?

have you seen how many times apple has tried to sue websites like m*****ism and App****** the eula is a legal contract, when u created ur nnid you agreed not to exploit the consoles hardware or software, you guys obviously have never read one, i read every single one before i accept.

and its not breaking the eula they are charged with, it would be somthing to do with computer misuse act, or i forget the propper legal term but more or less modifying the software which you do not own, which u can be sued for.

for example, if i made an app for android that says troll detected alert alert troll detected when u touch the screen with an image on the background, and in the end user agreement i had in there "by installing and/or using this application you are agreeing to not modify/manipulate any of the contents within this application and/or within its resources, if you install and/or use this application and modify/manipulate any of the contents within the package and/or its resources you accept full liability for legal action to be taken against you.

so if you installed the app but changed the sound and/or the background image, because you used or installed the app, you agreed to the eula which mean you agreed to be liable to be sued by me, or anyone else who owned the application if you broke the agreement which i used in my example above.

as a guy whom, atm less than part times making android apps, that in all honesty just make your phone a toy, its handy to know this junk incase someone modifies your work and shares it as his own.

So when Gateway said "Thank you for your support and we ask you for just a little more patience, our release is now just around the corner." They meant a few weeks/months. My Lawd.

GW is under no obligation to respond to such rude and silly ass emails, but be glad that they gave you a reply. Twitter? Is it by law that every 3DS/N3DS/N3DSLL card team has to have a Tweeter account? NO, so shut it.

And to the guy talking about "its a forum, we can post whatever", go ahead and clutter up the forums with repeated topics. All you're doing is creating more work for the mods to clean up, we members can say what we want in them. Don't like it, don't repost.

What are you even talking about?

I think they're trying to cover all the promised firmware versions, 7.x - 9.2, and that's why it takes so long.If they concentrated on 9.0-9.2, we would have been playing games already.
