Hacking How does Bigbluebox and installing DLC work?

Hi, I found a few CIAs which said they are for Phoenix Wright and FEA DLC.

Can someone explain me to me how to install these using a 4.5 GW?

I kinda missed the boat on this CIA/3DS business and I'm pretty confused on the advantages and processors for used them. Are they safe?

- Put BigBlueMenu 3ds file in your micro sd and the cia file in your sd card.
- Launch it like any other rom
- In the SDMC tab, choose the cia you want to install

Love better info/links as I don't own a GW but the Sky3ds [blue] and you can't put any files on the 3ds micro unless you use the program for it and files are 3ds. I do have ninjahax 2.5 on my ds sd.

You can't install CIA's with Sky3DS. (unless you have a 9.2 or lower system, but then again, you wouldn't need a flashcart)

im trying to install the new 1.1.2 update for Super smash bros, after it says installation complete and I try to open the game it still ask me to update, when I go back into BigBlueMenu or DevMenu an try to install the update again it lets me but still says installation complete but the game still ask me to update
