Exactly, right now we can confirm nothing, only that it wont be out until next weekend earliest! And we know that they are trying to release before Christmas. So I m suggesting maybe around 21-24.th december actually

Gateway said they aim for before Christmas; they still haven't put any word out about 9.4 compatibility like they did with 9.3 so I'm thinking that maybe they'll update us sometim soon just to tell us situation on 9.3 and 9.4

Yeah now they said it won't work on anything past 9.2 so it's safe to assume they won't wait for the USA/EUR New 3DS release.

Today we present another quick update for our 4.5 users: Gateway OMEGA 2.7 which brings support for emunand 9.4!
We also want to inform our users that we are still working on native support for sysnand 9.0 – 9.2, so please be patient until we are ready to release!
We try to deliver a smooth experience for our users and this takes time to perfect!
We also inform our users that they MUST NOT UPDATE SYSNAND TO 9.3 OR ABOVE, because we will not be able to support entry to those sysnand versions any time soon.
If you are wondering what native support we will bring for lower than sysnand 9.0, we can tell that after 9.0-9.2 we will start with 8.0-8.1 and gradually work our way down with support for even lower sysnand firmware versions.

About the briking isues on your previus FlashCard firmwares, it's rumored that they were intencional. Is that issue fixed for good? No more malicius briking code in the future? I'm planin in buying your genuine product, but I hear that happend on Gateway users too.
