Hacking R4I SAVEDONGLE with PKHeX ?

Hey Guys, perhabs someone tried to use R4i Save Dongle with a PKHeX Editor, it would cost less than 20$ and would be a amazing option. I think its worth trying.



Btw, actually i have only my Powersaves and i think there is no way getting any features like Cyber Gadget and i dont rly wanna pay 100$ ~. Maybe there is similar way ?

Well, i dont wanna pay 100$ for Cyber Gadget and another 50$ for a JAP Version of Y/X. Thats why i want to find a better solution.

At this time, you have only two options.

Either buy a 4.5 or lower 3ds and use gateway/mt card, or buy cyber gadget and jp x/y.

Anything else you do right now is simply throwing away money on something that won't work.

ORAS and XY use NAND-based saves, which the R4i SaveDongle cannot read. It's basically a dead device.

tl;dr no you can't use R4i SaveDongle with PKHeX.

why dont you use the save dongle + B/W + Bank method? unless you want crazy hacks this works like a charm for perfect Pokemon

God no.

1. Save dongle doesn't read the rom, so no
2. Cart2 saves in rom, so still no
3. It's practically impossible to decrypt the save fully without powersaves or savedatafiler, so even In the remote chance that you wrote a hot fix, still no.


For those to intend to get cybergadget, You'll also need a Japanese cartridge with pokedex obtained in the game.

Just get gateway and hope that savedatafiler works on 9.2

Sky3ds so far doesn't have functionality the App that decrypts and extract saves, and I frankly don't expect them to.
