Hacking [Help] Can anyone help me to decript a 3DS ROM?

I need some files from Pokemon MD (3DS), and I know here there are a lot of 3DS hackers. I've already the ncchinfo here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/hw3hh2fg50gr0a5/ncchinfo.zip

I just need de xorpad, nothing else. The problem is that I've not a Gateway or a 4.X version in the 3DS. You do me a huge favor making this, please

No sé a lo que te refieres, pero he buscado por todo Internet, y no hay ROMs de Pokémon MD desencriptadas.
