Excite bike track looks good

The idea's good but playing the Excite Bike stage in 3D view takes away its excitement (no pun intended) and just makes it "normal" which is still okay.

If Nintendo would also include a 2D Excite Bike stage then that'd be awesome!

well, what´s interesting in this track is that is a bit randomized, now THAT´S EXCITING. they even took it a bit further to make it unrandomize in time trial. Talking about a bit for everyone.

I like that Nintendo actually gives a shit about their customers and actually gives you bonuses for buying their DLC "Season Passes".

I was planning on buying the DLC Bundle but Pack #1 comes out in November and by this month I'm already reserved to play Smash Bros. so maybe sometime in 2015.

Nintendo should have chosen a different month to grab attention of consumers/fans to return to Mario Kart 8.

Had you preordered long ago, you wouldn't have conflicts regarding SSB4 WiiU this month.
I think exactly that was the reason they allowed to "pre-order" this DLC.

He means the multicoloured Yoshis/Shy Guys which you receive instantly when you preorder both DLC packs.

Had you preordered long ago, you wouldn't have conflicts regarding SSB4 WiiU this month.
I think exactly that was the reason they allowed to "pre-order" this DLC.

Eh, the Shy Guys or Yoshis aren't really something I'd want to play as (I prefer my Mii) and that incentive isn't really that great 'cause for those who played the stages too much wouldn't do a damn difference.

Well, he's travelled on a horse and boat so it's not that odd.

Link's definitely going to be one of the main characters I'll be trying out when I get to it but I still prefer the lighter (= faster) because the game's already too slow in terms of speed as it is.

You're forgetting the karts/bikes will have horsepower.
