okay so is possible to create a randomizer? how dows work the encounter modifier? with a pc or how? when is the release of this programm. what is a GARC file?

GARC= acrchive file format for most of the pokemon files
both programs are already released,
and you decrypt rom, edit rom,repack rom, play(but its not that simple) im sure other tools to make it more noob friendly will come along in due time, but if you want to learn more read up in the decryption thread

okay and isn't possible to creat cosum GARC file? I'm interested in the rom saves.

yes it is, thats how i have the perma mega mewtwo.....it just takes some reading up

BTW i am going to make a save with all the perma megas in the PC, you cant save them in your party so you have to make sure you transfer them all to a box before you exit the game out they will revert to notmal

nope....you cant even pick "show" on them, it just says "there is a pokemon in your party that cannot be traded", afaik the only way to trade them is by using pokebank

Oh wow so they cant be locally traded. This looks like all of them also.

I don't think. does i can give mega-heracross a choice scarf?

My question is about using pokemon bank, how would you get pokemon from gw rom to bank and then from bank to a real cart? I have a 4.5GW with emunand on 8.x and an 8.x 3ds (with my actual nnid and pokemon bank). You can only link one 3ds is there a better way to move pokemon beside unlinking nnid from my un-modded 3ds and adding it to my emunand 3ds, then unlinking emunand nnid and linking it back to un-modded?

ok here you go, box 6 is full of all the permanent mega evolutions available(plus a spare alakazam for some reason ), word of warning always make sure you transfer them back to the PC before exiting the game or they will return to their non mega form...you have been warned, the save is built on shadowstrace's revision of the save so its still near the start of the game

i like the end game save more but is better then nothing how i can use the same pokebank on 2 3ds xl?

Yeah i only took it to the first pokemon center so you don't miss much anyway.

You should add those 2 saves to the OP so people can find them too gamesquest1.

yeah hopefully someone will be able to transfer all boxes to the end game save, but figured loosing boxes 7-30 wasn't worth it for a few hours playing (if that)

transfer the box to pokebank, transfer back to the other cart....if you mean on a retail console im not sure, i think the only way would be doing a system transfer of you NNID and purchases
