There is a problem with one of your pokémons, Clefable.
Magic Guard is an ability that only became avaiable in gen IV,
but softboiled is an attack exclusive of gen III.

All the others are already at my pokémon Y, ready for trading.

but softboiled is an attack exclusive of gen III.

Oops, ok here's the trick. If you trade a 3rd Gen Clefairy to a 4th Gen game and then evolve it, there is a 50% chance it will switch to Magic Guard. In that case, make sure that the Clefable was recieved from a gen 4 game.

I'm not sure what you meant with IGN but I already added you as a friend on 3DS.

By IGN I mean In Game Name. So anyone do you think you can trade today with all that cleared up?
