Good for you but I do not liked people to put larger files in the 7zip and uploading to the torrents or something. Why ? Because when I downloaded the larger zip and I have to unzip it and transfer it to desktop can be a pain and can cause any internets to freeze if I want to use the internet. That's why I was furious with it. I like to download the file that is not in the zip. Its easily and quickly. The same zip is fine but the larger zip is not necessarily!

wait what? you are angry, because somebody packed a file? because it's trouble for you to unzip it? would you rather download a 23gb file or a 4gb file? I think the time spend to unzip the file is extremely lower then downloading the extra 19 gb...
or maybe I misunderstood your intention, then you probably should reword it or clarify

Internet service in some countries they charge per data usage, so some people may appreciate small sized data in order to minimize the usage of data or some people just buy the game instead of downloading it.

Sorry about the confusion. I was just upset at myself over this ridiculous silly things. Nothing to do with internet services. Let me try to say something.. You know when you download a 20 gb file and unzipped them.. Everything goes smoothly but if you sit back and let it done by unzipped it at least 10 minutes and I was impatient and decided to go ahead and use the website while the background running unzipped the file but it was freezed for a while. I do not now if it is related called bandwidth but I think its wrong word to use because it is related to Internets things. I am talking about zipped things.

You can always assign a lower cpu priority to the uncompress process using any task manager to free up more resources for other programs

From what I know, not at all. At least, not as powerfully as he's phrasing it. Unless he's talking about some completely different hack/exploit in which case I wouldn't know.

Way to go Elite A-holers 7 days earlier than the release date. Oh wait no that's 7 days AFTER the release date. Maybe they had spent their allowance from their mommy and daddy from the week before and had to wait for the new week's allowance to kick in.
Or they are fishing disc dumps out of ram 1 byte at a time like comex had to do early on.(he did not do disc dumps but rather ram dumping). Anyway, F'-ing embrassing.
