Hi guys is there a way for someone living in eastern europe who has no acess o any nintendo zones nearby to get people on street pass , ??

Since 6.3 you can streetpass peaple as long as you connect to a "Nintendo zone" they connected to, with those method you can streetpass peaple among the world

the problem is i dont have any nntendo zone near me and some people on street pas would really help unlock some parts on mario kart 7

for us who live in the part of the world that for nintendo doesnt exist your only option is to setup a homepass device, pi ,phone or pc and youll have tons of streetpasses alot of people use is thats how i did it
