Thanks, so now the following things are working:

1) Through pink card I am able to play Nes/NDS games

Whats not working is :

1) But I still cant play 3ds games, could you/any1 suggest me what should I do to get to version 4.1-4.5, I am on 3.0U and I even bought a game Mario tennis open which suppose to have the update either 4.4U or 4.3U, when I pop inside it I am able to play the game and I am not getting an option to update, please suggest me something ..

Try another game? Like Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D (Europe + USA), LEGO City Undercover - The Chase Begins (Europe + USA) or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Gates to Infinity (Europe + USA). Animal Crossing New Leaf probably works, too (and you can't play that rom with the orange).

What size SD card should I get (not microsd card)? 2GB, 4GB, or 8 or 16 or whatever? Im buying a gateway so... Yeah. What sixe do most people get?

I want to use Gateway emunand 7.1 I did all the steps I should but when I go to system>update the internet policy terms appear and guides say I risk updating my sysnand if I accept the internet policy and then update cuz it could kick me to sysnand... is there any thing i can do? will i have to take the risk and update?

3ds from Ger or Eu will have English language option. Same goes for the games.

No. But it's very unlikely to brick your 3DS now.

I don't get the "return to home menu to save on SD" thing. If I save in game and it says saving on SD card, and then I don't go to the home menu (lets say my battery dies) then is it all game progress lost?

Yes. Or you simply turn your 3DS off without leaving the game.
