No I don't think you can it comes as it comes. You cannot move them about on your PC either.

You can use a program called fat sorter to put them in alphabetical order too.

As I pointed out before, if you rename your dumps (and use braces or brackets perhaps to let you order ROMs that have different names) so that they alphabetically line up the way you like them in the Windows file explorer (or other OS explorer, as long as the sorting is alphabetic), you can use this program to take care of the actual re-sorting on your mSD card. Simply set the target directory to your mSD card's root and click the sort button.

No need to format emunand if you have one already just put launcher.dat on sd card

Nope only if you want nintendo e-shop and updates.
Roms play fine without it.

I'm getting the white icons thing too, did a test of my microSD card with h2testw and it turns out it's a corrupt card, looks like I need to buy another.

I don't know if this has been said but when booting up the gateway exploit if you hole R instead of L it will let you install - reinstall the update for the fpga on the card.

I formatted mine with a 32KB cluster size and it's been running just fine with multiple .3ds files on the card.

My SD card with updated emunand will not recognized anymore by my pc with windows 8.1 after updating emunand..

I heard that newest GW uptade doesn't recognize saves from older firmware. Is it true? I'm currently on 1.2, if I uptade to omega I'll lose my save? No matter if I run it from emu or sysNAND? [I'm talking about digimon re:digitize rom, dunno if it matter]

Mine works just fine (Reigitize Always)

what rom trimming tool did you guys used? I used rom_tool with the Gui and I also removed the update from the roms and now no trimmed roms are loading
