I know eachmall has been reported as a scammer recently at GBAtemp, but many of people I know (more than 10) have been using this mall without any problem.

I also ordered one from eachmall and have been waiting this to be delivered.

If there is anyone who has received the flashcart from eachmall, would you please share your order information here?

For me, I purchased R4i Deluxe. The order was placed on 28th Nov. and got an email that my item was shipped on December 3rd. However, my status shows as below:

Date-Time Address Info
2013-12-06 16:54:00 SHENZHEN Posting
2013-12-06 16:58:00 SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center
2013-12-07 13:33:00 SHENZHEN Arrival at Sorting Center
2013-12-07 13:34:00 SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center

So, it took 8 days to show as "SHENZHEN Posting," and it has been stuck there more than 5 days.

I don't know why it is stuck in Shenzhen... so I was just wondering if there's something wrong with my item.

By the way, I live in Georgia - and 17 tracks indicates that it is posted to JFK first (I am not sure, it is written in Chinese)

where did you get those informations? in the "shipping track info" part of the order's page? 'cause it can't track my item (gateway), yet.
I paid on 12/05/2013 and they shipped it the day after. it was friday evening when it got shipped. it must have been around for more or less 5 days, by now (more 4 than 5).

You can check that information on your account center on eachmall's website. By the way, it also took me several days actually to see that information on the website.

I've bought loads from them, including numerous flashcarts of different varieties. Their shipping takes forever (usually 4 to 6 weeks to coastal NJ) and the tracking is absolute garbage, but I've never once (over 20 or so orders) had a missing item or shipment.

None of these were 3ds flashcards, they were DS ones, but the sentiment remains. I firmly believe they wouldn't (intentionally) ship you the wrong item, if that's what your concern is. If the issue is how long it's been sitting on one stage of shipping... Welcome to purchases from China.

That's... fraud, dude. I know it's silly to discuss moralities in the hacking section of a forum...
But there's a difference between pirating stuff from companies and scamming children for their money.

I think I found the right site to track my item. I had to read eachmall's FAQ to find it.

here's the list:

2. Where can I track my order ?
You can track it on below website by the tracking number(included in shipping notification email),
Air Mail(7-20 days): http://www.ec-firstclass.org
Registered Mail(7-20 days): http://intmail.183.com.cn/
EMS(7-15 days): (tracking NO. ends with SG)http://www.speedpost.com.sg/TrackAndTrace.asp
DHL(3-5 days): http://www.cn.dhl.com/en.html
UPS(3-5 days): http://www.ups.com

if your shipping method is called "registered post" on eachmall's site, you have to use http://www.ec-firstclass.org (unless they failed and my item's real method is "air mail").

also this may be useful:

4. How long will it take for me to get my item ?
If you choose air mail or registered mail service, it will take 7 to 25 days during transit, usually about 15 days to most regions of the world. If you choose Express mail service, such as UPS, DHL or EMS, it will take 3 to 6 days during transit.

p.s. I notice only now that these links were present in the email they sent me, too. oh well, better late than never.

Try 17track. 17track showed my status when these sites didn't.

Yeah, its almost as much fraud as the kids paying a big box store 200 bucks for the exact same shit. He is in high school and so are his friends, and he never represented them as being authentic. I bought them to give to all my nieces and nephews but he took 3 pairs to school to make fun of the stupid kids who walk around with 2 pairs on trying to act like they have more money than the other kids, and his friends asked where he got them and he told them, but then they proceeded to offer him the money. So if you want to accuse me of fraud, that's fine with me. *rolls eyes and starts to think about adding the other new r9 card to mining rig with money made from FRAUD*

Also, regarding shipping delays remember that this is probably THE WORST month to order items online, especially from international dealers. Shipping from China is slogged with the holiday rush, so add a couple weeks of delay to your orders.

Sometimes I wonder about people's discussion skills. You write a paragraph's length explaining how it's not fraud, and then you end with you claiming you don't care if I call it fraud or not.
...But that is neither here nor there.

You're saying your son was truthful about whereabouts of the items sold... So are you claiming that the people who bought these items happily offered 75 dollars for a cheap knockoff that cost you 3 dollars? I believe that they would've bought these items themselves if they had known they could get them for such a price. Perhaps I am wrong in assuming this, but no person in their right mind would accept such a deal. So I can only theorize that your son must have withheld one or two things. Please do tell me if I am wrong in assuming this, though. However your saying that "those kids thinks they are getting a great deal, lmao" implies that they did not know about the original price of the product.
Thus... You're saying it's not fraud because he never lied about the authenticity of the product... But withholding the truth is no better than lying. The authenticity of the product is a huge deciding factor in whether one would or would not buy said product. If your son did not clarify about this to the buyers, then it's still just as much fraud. These people bought the items with the idea that they're authentic.
What they use these items for (be it as vain as you claim it is) is irrelevant and cannot be used as a justification for your sons actions. It's rather absurd to think so. These people could've tried using them as cooking utensils and that still wouldn't have validated fraud.
Furthermore, you claim that this is the exact same as the kids buying "the exact same shit" for 200 dollars at an official retailer. It seems a bit odd to suggest this because an official retailer sells the actual official product, not a cheap knockoff. Yes, the official retailer would possibly also make around 72 dollars from that 200 dollar asking price... But just because they would earn just as much as your son does not mean that it is just as fraudulent. The official retailer is truthful about the price and the origins of said product. That is something your son was not.

I've ordered from Eachmall a few times (although they weren't Eachmall back then), and while shipping's never been stellar, especially when they charge for it, I've gotten every flashcart I've ordered from them. I did buy a clearance PS3 wireless controller (one that required a 2.4Ghz receiver instead of Bluetooth) and ended up getting a wired one in the wrong color, though, and their Customer Support never answered me when I told them I'd been shipped the wrong item.

Regardless, based on the tracking info, I'd guess that it's probably left China and in post to the US, which is the longest part of the journey. I wouldn't be truly worried until it gets to be two weeks without an update, although I'm guessing your card'll get to you within a week from tonight.

Small tip for those who's getting stuff from China.

Never order with China Post shipping method. If you want cheap and fast shipping - order with Hongkong Post or Singapore Post. Takes about 2 weeks to deliver. China Post is famous for it's speed. My CP parcels comes in like 2-3 month :tpi:
Chinese will always offer you China Post as it's free shipping and you know how free stuff works right? Better add extra 4-10$ and get 100% reliable shipping method which u can track on any tracking website or with TrackChecker tool.

Yes he was honest about the origins of "said product". They asked him where he got them and he replied "My dad bought them from some Chinese website that sells stuff" . Did the kids ask how much he payed for them? No, they did not, and did he volunteer it? Well he didn't pay for them in the first place, but of course not. You are acting as though it is wrong to make money off of an item when you are living in a society that is based on that exact premise, does that make it right? Well that is not for me to decide since no one appointed me judge, jury, and executioner . Try getting best buy to tell you how much they payed for that new big screen you just gave them a grand for, or any other retailer for that matter. Just out of curiosity, are you one of those guys who only uses your flashcard to play games that you already own?

Let me first answer your last question... I am one of those guys who pirate games... But if I genuinely liked a game, I will pay for it ex post facto. That's a moral gray area, but it's the safest option for me while supporting what I enjoy.

In any case, I can guarantee you that Best Buy does not sell items at a 2400% profit margin, so it is hardly comparable. If Best Buy were to sell Chinese knockoffs at such a margin, you can be sure that they will be sued.
I am also not saying it is wrong it is wrong to earn money through trade. I am saying it's wrong to earn such a ridiculous profit on dishonest trade. If your son had sold them for 10 dollars maybe, then it would be fine. But 75 dollars is a lot of money, especially for children.

Furthermore, your saying "those kids thinks they are getting a great deal, lmao" implies malicious intent. This was mostly the basis of my argument. I think any person would say that this phrase is deceitful in nature.
And I hope you are not saying that deceit of this kind is not fraudulent.

I personally couldn't give a shit and a half if it's fraud or not, what I will say is to have your son watch his back. The low priced ones are the shit knockoffs usually, the higher priced but still not official price ones are much, much higher quality knockoffs. I'd try to sell the higher priced ones for a big markup like $75, sure, but not the super cheap ones.

Just my 2 cents, mate.

I did not set out to deceive anyone, and furthermore he did not set the price, this amount was offered to him and he accepted. And whenever they are buying an item that would normally cost 200 for 75, then general logic would also tell you(or me) that this also implies some wrong doing on the buyers behalf and a general acknowledgment that the item is either stolen or a knockoff. And there are lots of business's that make 2400%, just look at the pharmaceutical industry among many others. What I find funny is the fact that someone would pay such an outlandish price for a set of headphones, fake or not, that really probably cost a dollar to make. If you were going to sell your car for 2000 but had not put a sign on it, and someone walks up to you at the gas station and offers you 10,000 are you going to turn it down? The price is set between the buyer and the seller, that the way it has been forever. I also buy games if I like them because I believe in supporting what I like. You seem like an intelligent fellow, and I'm not usually into flame wars, but I don't appreciate being accused of deceiving children, now adults, that's a whole another story...J/K
