Android 4.4 Kit Kat Announced!

It seems as though a new statue has appeared on the green lively grass over at Google's main campus and it is that of a giant Andriod made out of Kit Kat bars. This means that the new version of Android will be named after the breakable chocolate bar.
This version is officially announced as Android 4.4 which was announced by Sundar Pichai on Twitter. Shortly after that announcement went live the official Kit Kat Twitter account also announced the new Android version and that they were apart of it. So now that we know what the real name of for the next Android version, we can stop calling it a bunch of other names.
This also marks the beginning of a huge giveaway between KitKat and Google where you can check the code inside a participating wrapped over on the giveaway's official website and if you have a winning code you could win a new Nexus 7, Google Play store credit, or a free bag of Kit Kat Minis. There are a lot of prizes to be won such as 1000 Nexus 7 tablets and 150,000 $5 Google Play Store credits. Good Luck!

Apple only got a bit disappointing with iOS6, iOS4 was awesome (for its time it was the best mobile OS out there), and iOS5 was pretty cool too.

Well, can't judge on iOS7, since I've jumped ships a while ago

Im really surprised they went with a brand name. You have to wonder how much money google got from this... I know everybody was expecting it to be key lime pie. Granted, my phone is stuck on gingerbread anyways...
